Clinker is the main component of cement. The production capacity of Sönmez Cement, which produces high quality clinker suitable for all types of cement production in TS EN 197-1 standard and is 2 million tons/year.
Portland Cement Production
Cement production capacity of Sönmez Cement is 2.16 million tons/year. Cement types being produced are ASTM C150 Type I and ASTM C150 Type I/II, ASTM C1157 Type GU, TS EN 197-1 CEM I 42,5R, CEM I 52.5N, CEM II/B-M (P-V) 42.5R, CEM IV/B-M (P-V) 32.5R, CEM II/B-P 42.5R, CEM IV/B(P) 32.5R, optional low alkaline, sulphate resistant cement, etc.
Cement is sold to it’s customers in bulk, big bag, sling bag and cold hood package with 21.25 kg, 42.5 kg, 50 kg kraft or polypropylene bags.
